Meetings&Events Operations Coordinator(Contractor)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the monitoring and control of the International and Consolidated Pfizer Congresses in support of Meetings and Events Regional Account Managers in RST Meetings and Events team in EU.
This role will also support the Regional Account Managers in end to end delivery of meetings by providing operational support for events related activities and transactional processes including but not limited to finance, compliance, reconciliation and monitoring within the context of Pfizer Global Meetings Policies & Platform.

• Preferably 2-3 year + experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
• Service oriented/Customer service mindset. Ideally in Meetings and Events organisation role.
• Good IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy)
• Good Excel/Powerpoint skills as well as other MS Apps
• Some data analytics experience would be preferred
• Background in pharmaceutical market preferable though not essential
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Good level of independent and service oriented working attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player
• Understanding of cultural differences and desire to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must
• Ability to lead small projects
