Implementation Engineer

What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience in the hospital IT environment
* Experience in the field of clinical-radiological workflows as well as a strong knowledge of IT in the radiology environment (e.g., RIS, HL7, DICOM, FIHR)
* Knowledge and experience in SQL and Database administration
* Knowledge of the Windows Server Operating System, Linux, TCP / IP, Virtualization and cloud solutions
* Demonstrate good English fluency in spoken and written
* A willingness to travel of approx. more than 50%
* Intercultural experiences are an advantage
* A high level of analytical thinking to identify root causes, adapt to customer requests and develop solution concepts.   
* Strong customer focus, communication skills, initiative, organizational skills, quality orientation, solution orientation, assertiveness, flexibility and resilience

What are my responsibilities?
* Installation and start-up of Digital Health Services (DS) Solutions/DI Syngo (SY)  products to customers. 
* Contribute to the SRS infrastructure installation and if it is needed performing Remote Support via SRS
* Regularly Monitoring critical products via SRS
* If remote support not possible , performing the technical service on site operations
* Responsible to increase technical, clinical and application skills 
* Understand the prospect customer’s needs and problems (infrastructure,medical, technical) and arrange necessary actions to create the appropriate solutions
* Development of the processes and to share their suggestions with the management to increase the quality and customer satisfaction
* In scope of DS Solutions /DI Syngo (SY)  , work closely with customers/vendors/ to: 
* Ensure timely response to issues/demands/problems
* Use problem-solving and research skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Recognize when help is needed and seek assistance
* Work closely with Project Management and Customer Service team to ensure proper communication/coordination with customers and vendors
* Provide sales support through visiting customers and partners with sales team as required

What else do I need to know?
* Driving license is required
* No restriction to travel
